Côte d'Ivoire's agriculture sector is both a key driver of the national economy and a primary player in global markets for goods such as cocoa and rubber. Indeed, owing to its fertile land, the West African country has established itself as a major exporter of a wide range of raw agricultural products.
Its efficiency for the production of coffee and cocoa, has made Côte d'Ivoire's an economic powerhouse in West Africa.

Newspapers are gradually losing their appeal to the reading public due to the availability of alternative sources of news such as the internet.
We are therefore positioning ourselves to educate and inform the world about

Established by Africa Eye, The ivoire web is therefore to promote good relations among African countries as a prerequisite for inter-Africa trade. We believe that trade and investments among countries are the easiest ways to improve economic activities.
In many ways, Côte d'Ivoire's is a perfect introduction to Africa, culturally welcoming, palm-tree forests and roads so orange they resemble strips of bronzing powder.

Regarded by many as a democrat,  President Alassane Ouattara affirmed his reputation as a statesman by announcing that, he will not run for a third term, putting pressure on other regional leaders to follow the shining  example.  It is also a marker for other African heads of state who are tempted to play extra time.
